Rigid panels made from refractory ceramic fibres mixed with inorganic and organic binders so as to obtain products with excellent characteristics that are easy to cut and shape using standard equipment. These panels offer resistance and rigidity together with excellent insulating capacity and stability at high temperatures. They are particularly suitable for applications requiring low gas emissions and/or high definition mechanical machining. Applications Kilns and internal linings of high temperature furnaces; gaskets and seals for high temperature applications; heat shields; linings of gas boiler combustion chambers.
