TITAN 320W series pressing machines operate by the wet concrete filtration method (wet concrete press). Essence of this method is that definite volume of high humidity fluid mixture is loaded into the press moulds by the batcher. Stationary punch is situated from the opposite site and filtering elements (cloth filter and metal mesh) are pulled on the surface of this punch. Wet concrete has a good fluidity and evenly distributes in mixture filling in all elements of the press moulds. Mixture flow ends after closure of press mould by the top punch. With further pressure increase the water surplus filtration process starts through meshes fixed on the bottom punch. When filtration process ends the product develops early high strength.
