Overview
These Single and Dual Lane Sorters Packhouse Series are designed for small-to-medium packhouses. They handle fresh produce gently, support multiple packaging formats and can be connected to larger multi-lane sorter systems for increased throughput.

Inspection and grading platforms
Spectrim is the external inspection and grading platform used with these sorters. The UltraView inspection module integrates with Spectrim to capture high-resolution color and infrared images of hard-to-see areas. For non-invasive internal inspection and defect grading, Inspectra² (near-infrared spectrometer) can be added to the platform.

• Compatible with Spectrim: Spectrim sorts and grades major and minor defects including surface blemishes, bruising, abrasions, insect damage and misshapen produce; sorting parameters are configurable for different defect levels.
• Add-on Inspectra²: Inspectra² provides non-invasive internal grading with a near-infrared spectrometer to detect internal defects such as Brix and dry matter, supporting quality grading decisions.
• Packaging flexibility: Single and dual lane sorters can pack into poly bags, tote bags, bins, boxes, cartons, punnets and trays.
