Description

INTRODUCTION
The H-5020-NC is engineered for stable, high-precision production. Featuring advanced Hydrostatic Technology on spindles and slides, its high-pressure oil film ensures non-contact operation, eliminating wear and vibration for a smooth, "stick-slip" free process.

Supporting workpieces from Ø2 to Ø75 mm, it offers a 0.0005 mm minimum infeed for micron-level precision and superior surface finish. Built with Meehanite cast iron and an intuitive graphical interface, it allows quick setup without complex coding. With built-in accumulator protection and oil cooling, it is designed for high-yield, long-life manufacturing.

MACHINE FEATURE
HIGH-PERFORMANCE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE
The control system with a teach-in Graphical User Interface (GUI) requires no program editing and provides a convenient operating environment. HMI with touch screen embeds shortcut keys for micro-feeding adjustment, making grinding size adjustment easy.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
The machine structure is made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron, processed after heat treatment and stress relief. Slides are hardened by high frequency and precision ground for stable, deformation-resistant, wear-resistant structure.

ADVANTAGE OF HYDROSTATIC SPINDLE AND SLIDE RAIL
■ No metal-to-metal abrasion, improving machine service life.
■ Extremely low metal friction and low temperature rise during processing to improve stability and accuracy.
■ High-pressure oil film around the spindle suitable for high-speed rotation.
■ High-precision rotation accuracy and constant rotation.

OIL COOLANT SYSTEM
The oil coolant system includes an oil cooler to maintain constant oil temperature and prevent spindle accuracy degradation due to oil temperature changes.

ACCUMULATOR FOR PROTECTION DEVICE
Special pressure accumulator design returns hydrostatic oil to the main shaft hydrostatic system when pressure drops (e.g., power failure), avoiding damage from momentary loss of static pressure film while spindle is running at high speed.

HYDROSTATIC GUIDEWAY CONSTRUCTION
R.W. lower slider (infeed axis) uses hydrostatic guideway construction for extremely smooth and fast sliding, high feeding precision, and stable grinding accuracy. Lower feeding axis is driven by servo motor cooperating with harmonic reducer to reduce backlash, increase torque, and stabilize grinding quality. Minimum manual feeding increment: 0.001 mm; minimum numerical control feeding increment: 0.0005 mm.

STABLE GRINDING WHEEL AUTO. DRESSING UNIT (FOR 1-AXIS ABOVE)
Lower slideways of the grinding wheel dressing seat are concave dovetail structure combined with extra-large sideway to improve stability of the grinding wheel device.

DRESSING DEVICE OF R.W. & G.W. (FOR 1 AXIS)
Dressing structure made of special alloy cast iron and heat treated for wear resistance. Driven front and rear by hydraulic pressure, can be matched with servo motor for profile dressing. Variable dressing speed and adjustable for component requirements.
