The wheel spindle, regulating wheel spindle, and feeding axis (lower slide rail) are supported by a static pressure oil film, allowing for contact-free operation. This prevents mechanical wear and maintains high precision even during extended use.
Its high rigidity and damping characteristics effectively reduce vibration, enhancing stability and surface quality during machining. The minimum feed rate is as low as 0.0005 mm, ensuring excellent roundness, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.

- Rigid machine base: Machine structure made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron, heat treated and stress relieved before machining. Slides hardened by high frequency and precision ground for stability and wear resistance.
- Advantage of hydrostatic spindle and slide rail: No metal-to-metal abrasion, extremely low friction and low temperature rise during processing, high-pressure oil film suitable for high-speed rotation, ensuring rotation accuracy and long service life.
- Oil coolant system: Equipped with an oil cooler to maintain constant oil temperature and prevent spindle-related accuracy loss due to oil temperature changes.
- Accumulator for protection device: Special pressure accumulator design returns hydrostatic oil to the main shaft system during power loss to avoid damage from momentary loss of static pressure oil film.
- Hydrostatic guideway construction: R.W. lower slider (infeed axis) uses hydrostatic guideway for smooth, fast sliding, high precision feeding accuracy; lower feeding axis driven by servo motor with harmonic reducer to reduce backlash and increase torque; minimum manual micro-adjustment 0.001 mm and NC minimum 0.0005 mm.
- Stable grinding wheel auto dressing unit: Concave dovetail slideways and extra-large sideway for improved stability of the grinding wheel device.
