Pneumatic tube end facer

Product Overview
The Tube End Facer is a precision tool designed to face and smooth tube ends projecting from the tube sheet after expansion. It produces a concentric, burr-free finish that improves tube-to-tube-sheet contact and extends installation service life in heat exchangers, condensers and boilers. The tool is supplied with a set of interchangeable brass pilots to accommodate tube wall variations within each size. Tool bits are coated with Titanium Nitride (TiN) to increase wear resistance and reduce friction in high-production use.
