Product overview
The MFS single-phase stationary brake motors are obtained by coupling an FS stationary brake to a single-phase MN standard motor. These motors are designed for applications requiring reliable holding brake function in compact sizes.

Design and mounting
Available with B3, B5 and B14 flanges, the motors feature the following main characteristics:

• IEC frame sizes: 63 ÷ 100
• Nominal power (Pn): 0.09 ÷ 2.2 kW
• Poles: 2, 4, 6
• Brake type: D.C. current (FS brakes)
• Energy efficiency class: IE1
• Nominal torque (Mn): 0.41 ÷ 15.9 Nm
• Rotation speed (n): 870 ÷ 2830 rpm

Brake supply
FS brakes are supplied as standard with a 103 V DC power supply for 230 V (50/60 Hz) motors.
