Overview
SortMaster is an automated sorting unit for 2D laser-cut parts. It removes, sorts and stacks finished cut parts, enabling fully automated operation of 2D laser cutting machines. It is designed to connect to storage systems (for example LiftMaster) to enable continuous, on-demand 24/7 production. Smart functions detect and correct potential malfunctions; for example, the automatic separation control vibrates the gripper head to separate parts that do not release from the scrap skeleton.
