Concrete placing boom Adroit 412

Overview
Adroit 412 is a shotcrete spraying unit for wet and dry shotcrete application, designed to operate on rough terrain, in shafts, stair tunnels and other hard-to-reach underground mine areas, and on steep slopes. It enables 360° shotcreting and can service shaft diameters up to 16 m. A towing crane with rope allows positioning on sites inaccessible to other vehicles.

Operation and control
Shotcrete is delivered to the Adroit 412 via a concrete pipeline and external shotcrete pumps. Application is controlled by cable or radio remote. The unit is fitted with a tower turning system, telescopic boom, nozzle rotation group, accelerator tank and dosing pump, mechanical handbrake and hydraulic stabilizer cylinders. It is compatible with shotcrete and concrete pumps of any brand up to 30 m³.
