Weld seam limiter set to 2.0 mm (0.078 in). Optimal 0.2 mm (0.0078 in) tightness is possible with special fixtures. Features: Weld 2 x 90° corners from one or two units simultaneously. The heating plate can be moved from the top, allowing easy access for cleaning and Teflon replacement. The safety pre-tensioning system automatically adjusts to different fixture configurations. All welding and clamping parameters can be individually set, including times, pressures, and temperatures. 200 mm (7.8″) clamping opening for double-stack welding. Tool-free quick-change fixture mounting (fixtures available upon request). Includes support arms (902 mm / 35.5″).
