Overview
EZ Production Monitor is a compact production monitoring system with built-in WiFi and data-logging capabilities, designed to measure and visualize performance in Lean Manufacturing cells. It tracks production and quality counts, helps set hourly goals and monitors results in real time to support continuous improvement.

Simplest User Interface
Configure five parameters:

• Part Number
• Shift Hours
• Goal per Hour
• Productivity Limit %
• Quality Limit %

Display & Connectivity
Marquee display visible up to approximately 100 ft and PC/laptop display up to approximately 50 ft. All units include built-in WiFi for local display and centralized data logging.
