Designed to allow simple changes between rotating bar and slot die applications, ConvertCoat stations perform homogeneous, flawless coatings up to 1600 mm wide. Ideally suited for continuous adhesive applications when working with clear-to-clear, transparent labels, adhesive tapes, and flexible packaging. Key highlights of ConvertCoat Stations include: • ConvertCoat Stations frame assembly allows for faster width and pattern changes. The quick shim change over system allows to rotate the coating head, making the nozzle easily accessible for a faster shim change process • The Stations feature a pneumatic cylinder powered die mount with 3 set positions (coat, retract, maintenance) that facilitates maintenance tasks and work changes • The coating head movement is fine-tuned through a micrometer for precise positioning in the 3 axis
