Valco Melton’s M Series melters are ideally suited for working as buffer tanks on applications that require a constant, high-volume adhesive supply. Their melting grids guarantee a stable adhesive temperature in the tank, while the different pump options adapt to the pumping rate needed on every process. The buffer tank kit includes a feeding lid that can host up to 6 hose connections and 3 level sensors (low, high, and security) for working with drum unloaders. When working with hot melt extruders, buffer tank kits include a continuous level sensor. Additionally, M Series units are highly efficient when working with EVA, waxes, and paraffin. The reverse pump mode allows the gravure bath to be emptied back into the melter for faster adhesive changes with minimal waste.
