In order to tune adhesive pressures individually for each valve, an available glue pressure regulation system in the station control box allows glue volume to be balanced among all valves in the press. Flushing and other maintenance functions are accessible near the valve location with a small keypad on the station control box. The entire RoBondPro system can be operated from the centrally located touchscreen with an intuitive graphical interface. The station control boxes, located near the application valves, offer a second, more convenient position for certain operator functions including regulating the softening or glue amount and positioning the valves vertically.
