The Phoenix assembly winder by Savio is a precision solution for producing packages optimized for downstream twisting and dyeing. Combining Multicone technology with an Electronic Tensioner Device, Phoenix delivers controlled yarn layering, configurable package geometry and flexible feeding options for a range of discontinuous fibre yarns.

Main features
The Multicone system allows precise adjustment of shape, taper, traverse, diameters and density via PC settings. The machine supports internal feeding for 3-plies assembly and external feeding up to 4 plies or 3+3 with continuous head/tail feeding.
