Overview
Automatic constant-tension winder designed for carpet yarn and low-elasticity yarn. Provides constant and adjustable winding tension, precise bobbin length metering and fully automatic doffing.

Operation
Each spindle is driven by an individual DC motor. Winding speed is regulated by a yarn tension sensor, ensuring constant and adjustable winding tension and precise bobbin length metering (reducing waste for tufting operations). Individual motors reduce stopping time to as low as 1 second, keeping yarn bundles thread-up in the guides and minimizing downtime after yarn breaks. The tension sensor detects yarn breaks and records tension data to the cloud (TEXCONNECT / Factory 4.0) for process monitoring and traceability.
