FRONTAL hydraulic tilter for boxes Installed on the Fem plate of the forklift Frontal hydraulic tilter that can be installed on the Fem plate of the forklift, for rotating all types of boxes. The BS121 F tilter has been designed to rotate boxes of different types (iron, plastic, cardboard), with maximum weight 200 kg. The box is hooked up by a vertical clamping lever, which are hydraulically operated by a cylinder, which keeps the boxe pressed to the lifting plate; the hydraulic rotation is on the front. Hydraulic actuation of the clamping/release and rotation offers important advantages: first of all it allows the boxes to be moved and rotated without the operator having to leave the forklift; secondly, thanks to the maximum pressure valve, the boxes can always be tightened with the correct clamping pressure (neither too weak nor too high) and last but not least, from a safety point of view, the block valves located on the cylinders keep the boxes tight even in the event of hydraulic pipes being cut. Another important feature of the BS121 F is that it can lay the boxes next to each other, attached without cavities.
