Description

The V215CR series includes double-effect tie-rod hydraulic cylinders with a linear movement and a single rod-end (no passing-through rod). The standard version includes piston bores from 25 to 200 mm, and strokes from 1 to 1500 mm. V215CR hydraulic cylinders are composed of 2 heads, one central tube and 4 closing rods. These hydraulic cylinders are manufactured according to the international UNI ISO 6020/2 fixing sizes. Their pinned line-fixings are available both on the front and the rear head. Front and rear adjusting flanges are available as well. V215CR hydraulic cylinders are the most versatile in the market, and they can be employed in many industry fields. One of their main applications is moving carts, pins, and plugs, as well as all other components that might produce undercuts in plastic injection molds. These cylinders are compatible with ISO VG 46 mineral oils. The V215CR are long strokes hydraulic cylinders and offer strokes up to 1500 mm. The cylinder heads are made of carbon steel, whereas the central tube is made of stainless steel (for bores from 125 to 160, a 7075 aluminum alloy is used). The rod is made of alloy steel, and the rods of carbon steel, just like the cylinder screws. The front cartridge sealing system includes one scraper, 3 bush guides, and 2 Viton O-Rings. These components allow the cylinder sealing system to last over long periods of time. V215CR pistons include a powerful magnet. Their stroke can be controlled by means of adjustable electronic sensors, able to read the surrounding magnetic field. Signals can be transferred to the plastic injection machine. The maximum working temperature of these sensors is 80° C
