Pressure calibration kit MKV 1116

The MKV 1116 calibration set is intended to be used in conjunction with the SKS 06 (code 231941) or SKS 07 (code 231954) micro-transmitter accessory for calibrating subducts with an ID of 11.4 mm to 16.0 mm. The calibration can be done for single subducts as well as for multi subducts. By the calibration defects or blockages on the subducts can be detected in advance thus a good blowing-in performance can be achieved. The MKV 1116 set contains three different caliber diameters for testing subduct ID 11.4-16.0. The calibres are easily screwed onto the micro-transmitter and blown through the subducts by air-pressure. The set does not include a collecting device! The universal catcher SC 39 (code 231965) must be used to prevent damage to the microtransmitter. Alternatively, the AFV 1114, AFV 1116, AFV 1120 collecting devices can be used. Scope of delivery MKV 1116: • 3× Ø 9.5 mm for I-Ø 11.4-12.0 mm • 3× Ø 11.0 mm for I-Ø 13.0-14.0 mm • 3× Ø 12.5 mm for I-Ø 15.0-16.0 mm • 6 round rings per caliber • 1 set of sponges for caliber to glue in • 5 sponges per caliber • Plastic box 180x140x80 mm The maximum air pressure for calibration is 2 bar. By applying a higher pressure the micro-transmitter might be damaged by hitting duct blockages or by hard crashing into the catcher at the very end.
