It utilizes an endless diamond wire as its cutting tool. This equipment offers basic slicing capabilities and can be upgraded to perform precision contour cutting. With a remarkable maximum cutting line speed of 84m/s, it delivers exceptional sharpness and outperforms alternative cutting methods in terms of both speed and surface quality. This machine utilizes high-speed motion of a diamond circular wire as a cutting tool for materials like carbon and graphite, which do not require cutting fluid. It features XY two-axis orthogonal coordinate configuration, enabling automatic slicing function. Optionally, it can be equipped with a wire cutting CNC system, allowing control of two-axis interpolation to achieve two-dimensional cutting of materials. This machine is commonly used for processing heat-insulated graphite barrels and support feet in a hot field joint, as well as for processing graphite components for the outer tube of a hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace heat exchanger.
