Our Rectangular Spring Washers, or Split Washers as they are also known, are manufactured to DIN 127B from high performance stainless steel, which provides an excellent level of resistance and strength across medium to heavy loads. These washers act like a spring, becoming compressed during fastening, preventing loosening. DIN 127B has straight or square cut ends, as opposed to DIN 127A which has bent ends or 'tangs'. Most commonly used in conjunction with Bolts, Machine Screws and Nuts, these products are used to prevent loosening of the fasteners. We also offer Square Section Spring Washers. Our Rectangular Section Spring Washers are available in A2 (Equivalent to 304) or A4 (Equivalent to 316 Marine Grade) Stainless Steel in metric sizes from M1.6 to M48.
