It has a combined two-position design, which allows testing the turbocharger in two modes • rapid static calibration of turbocharger geometry • Full dynamic diagnostics at different operating modes GeoBoost-7000 will allow you to carry out professional testing of turbocharger operation during repair, tuning or modernization. The availability of two working zones of the machine depending on the testing method helps to reduce the time for diagnostics. Features of GeoBoost-7000 • Simulate real-world operating conditions for accurate turbocharger diagnostics and tuning. • All types of turbochargers can be installed with the supplied tooling. • Oil leak test using heated oil and compressed air. • Possibility to adjust the extreme position of the blades of the air flow control mechanism. • Stem length adjustment for setting the air flow control actuation torque. • Database of more than 7000 test plans. • Real-world supercharger testing; • Real-time geometry tuning; • Performance testing of actuators: vacuum, pneumatic and electric types; • Diagnostics of servo drives of electric actuators; • Checking the correctness of the control valve N75; • Checking turbocharger for oil leakage after assembly; • Calculation of turbocharger performance; • Plotting of supercharger inlet and turbocharger outlet boost vs. flow rate; • Construction of the resulting graph; • Creation and printing of test reports.
