Application & Performance
The XRipper series reliably breaks down fibrous and entangling materials in sewer networks, pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants. Monolithic Ripper rotors and a torsionally stiff twin-shaft design deliver consistent size reduction even with coarse or high-volume disruptive matter, reducing downstream clogging and improving operational availability.

• XRipper® XRS: Economical, service-friendly twin-shaft grinder with easy access to wear parts; suited to coarse and high-volume foreign matter.
• XRipper® XRP: Compact inline twin-shaft grinder for pipe installations with motor mounted above and a lift-out functional block for maintenance without pipe dismantling.
• XRipper® XRC-SIK: Version for open channels and shafts with Sewer Integration Kit (SIK) allowing positioning and lift-out on guide rails for service.
• XRipper® XRG: High-capacity grinder for maximum flow rates; lateral high-capacity screens allow large volumes to pass while retaining disruptive matter for continuous shredding.
