Single-stage vacuum generator 15 01 10, 15 01 10 LP and 15 01 15 LP
Operation based on the Venturi principle. Supplying compressed air in P generates vacuum at U; supply and sucked air are released through R. Vacuum stops when supply is interrupted. Optimal supply pressure normally 6 bar; LP items operate optimally below 4 bar. Optional high sound suppression silencer available for R exhaust. Used to control vacuum cups for non-porous objects and low flow requirements. Materials: anodised aluminium body; brass or aluminium ejectors.

Silencers (SSX series)
Natural fibre sound absorbing material in anodised aluminium casings. Two lengths available; noise reduction typically -13 to -20 dB(A); working temperature -20 to +100 °C. Multiple threaded and double variants available (SSX1/8, SSX1/4, SSX3/8R, SSX1/2, SSX3/4R, SSX1, SSX11/2, SSX2, and doubled versions).

Vacuum jet flow generators (CX series)
Working principle: compressed air flows at high speed into a ring chamber producing a cyclonic effect that creates vacuum; level of vacuum and amount of sucked air vary with supply pressure. Suitable for powders, granules, sawdust, metal chips, liquids, fumes, coolant mists, condensates. No moving parts; available in anodised aluminium and stainless steel. Examples include CX7, CX10, CX13, CX19, CX25, CX38, CX50.

Cartridge vacuum generators (PVR series)
Small cartridge generators for integration in packaging and small gripping elements. Operate at low compressed air pressures (1-3 bar or 2-3 bar depending on model), provide vacuums up to about -72 KPa and flow rates between 1 and 4 m3/h (model dependent). Allow suction of dust and residues with reduced clogging. Materials: anodised aluminium standard or stainless steel/brass upon request.

Conveyor and adjustable vacuum generators (PVR conveyor series)
Adjustable ejectors with higher flow diameters allow varying flow rate and vacuum level without altering supply pressure. Suitable for suctioning/transferring powders, granules, chips, liquids, fumes and for vacuum cups in dirty/wet environments. Silencers recommended for noise reduction.

Self-contained vacuum production units powered exclusively by compressed air. Composed of welded steel tank, shut off valve, pressure regulator with filter and gauge, vacuum generator, pneumatic drive valve, vacuum switch, vacuum gauge, manual vacuum intercept valve, suction filter and condensate drain cock. Variants include DOP06, DOP10, DOP20, DOP25, DOP50, DOP100, DOP150, DOP300. Designed for mobile or fixed units requiring vacuum (e.g., trolleys with vacuum cups, clamping systems, hoists).
