VACUMANAGER VM series (power supply unit)
Integrated electro-pneumatic circuits managing single-stage and multi-stage generators. Housed elements: digital vacuum switch with display (IO-Link available), compressed air supply valve, blow off valve, flow regulator for blow off. Compact control circuit managing vacuum and blow off generation; recommended with Vuototecnica Energy Saving cables to limit compressed air consumption. MSVE series (single-stage and multi-function)
Generators that drive a negative pressure gripping system via coaxial shutters; powered by low pressure (max 4 bar), feature high emptying speed relative to suction flow. Two micro solenoid valves for supply and ejection, adjustable screw-type flow regulator, check valve in suction connector to maintain vacuum during power outage. Integrated digital vacuum switch with display and LED to manage compressed air supply. Suitable for robotics and varied materials.

AVG series (automotive sector)

Flow generators — Vacuum jets (straight-flow)
Working principle: compressed air blown into ring chamber creates cyclonic effect producing vacuum; simple flow generator suitable for suction/handling powders, granules, sawdust, chips, liquids, fumes and condensates. No moving parts; available anodised aluminium and stainless steel. Examples: CX7, CX10, CX13, CX19, CX25, CX38, CX50.

Cartridge vacuum generators (compact cartridges for packaging, low pressure)
Small integrated cartridges for packaging elements; maximum performance at low pressures (2–3 bar), vacuums up to -72 KPa and flows 1–4 m3/h. Dust-tolerant shapes to avoid clogging. PVR1, PVR4. PVR3 OT: brass construction, supply 1–3 bar, vacuum -52 KPa, flow 2.6 m3/h.

Conveyor & adjustable vacuum generators
Based on Venturi principle with adjustable ejectors of larger diameter allowing flow and vacuum adjustment without altering supply-level vacuum. Suited to transfer powders, granules, chips, liquids, and for vacuum cups in dusty/wet conditions. Silencers recommended to reduce noise. Silencers
