VACUMANAGER VM series units are integrated electro-pneumatic circuits designed to supply and manage single-stage and multi-stage vacuum generators. VM units house multiple components in an anodised body/distributor machined from billet aluminium.

Main components

• Digital vacuum switch with display (standard); also available on request in a version with IO-Link communication
• Compressed air supply valve
• Blow off valve
• Flow regulator for the blow off valve

Function and benefits

• Compact electro-pneumatic control circuit incorporating all components for management of vacuum and blow off generation in handling systems equipped with vacuum cups
• Designed for use with pneumatic vacuum generators (single-stage or multi-stage)
• When combined with Vuototecnica Energy Saving cables, reduces compressed air consumption by limiting supply time to what is strictly necessary to empty vacuum cups
• Particularly suitable for handling products with excellent sealing or micro-porosity (metal sheets, glass, wood or plastic veneered panels, etc.)
• Recommended for handling all Octopus gripping systems equipped with pneumatic vacuum generators and shut-off valves
