The Filmatic II O is optimized to cover the product range of the OPTIMEX II blown film line. The OPTIMEX II is in turn optimized to cover the requirements of the most common blown film products ranging from collation shrink films with multiple ups and lamination films with moderate surface properties to shrink and stretch hoods. With the introduction of the OPTIMEX II, the FILMATIC II O was completely redesigned with a new roll change system. In the main winding direction, the flying knife cuts the film allowing the film roll to remain in contact with the contact roller. This feature is complemented by a lay-on roller, which can control the amount of air entrapment inside the film roll. The newcomer also features reverse winding as well a state-of-the art safety concept and is available for working width of up to 2600 mm.
