The photovoltaic panel de glassing machine is a key equipment in the photovoltaic module recycling industry chain, used to separate the glass in the photovoltaic panel from materials such as solar cells and EVA film, and achieve material classification and recycling. Single crystal silicon/twin crystal silicon (polycrystalline silicon) de glassing machine is designed for crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels, which separates glass and solar cells by heating and softening EVA adhesive film and combining mechanical peeling technology.
Technological Proces
Heating softening
Infrared heating: Directly heat the EVA film with infrared radiation to soften it (temperature range 150-200 ℃).
Hot air circulation: Using hot air to evenly heat the surface of the photovoltaic panel, avoiding local overheating.
Function: Reduce the adhesion of EVA film and prepare for subsequent peeling.
Mechanical peeling
Vacuum suction cup: adsorbs the surface of glass and fixes the glass layer by negative pressure.
Mechanical arm/vibration device: Apply tension or vibration to gradually separate the glass from the battery cell layer.
Key point: The peeling force needs to be precisely controlled to avoid battery cell breakage.
Sorting and recycling
Conveyor belt sorting: The separated glass, battery cells, and EVA film enter different recycling channels through the conveyor belt.
Auxiliary technology: Some devices are equipped with visual recognition systems that automatically remove damaged battery cells.
