Principle: Remove the aluminum frame and junction box from the photovoltaic panel and enter the heating chain conveyor. It is heated by constant temperature hot air to soften EVA and shape the photovoltaic panel before entering the glass removal machine. The glass removal machine head is equipped with 48 sets of white steel milling cutters, which remove glass through the reciprocating motion of the milling cutters. The dust generated during the glass removal process is collected by a set of pulse bag filters. The removed glass is transported by a fully enclosed belt to a grading screen, where glass particles and glass powder are separated to increase the value of the glass.
