Working Principle:
The working principle of PE and HDPE pipe production line is to feed the raw material granules into the plasticizing extruder through the automatic loading device, and through the plasticizing and extruding action of the screw, the raw material is heated and plasticized into a pipe shape. Subsequently, the extruded pipe is rapidly cooled to the curing temperature by a cooling and shaping device to keep its shape and size stable. Next, the tubes are cut to the required length and fed into the stacking unit via a conveyor system. The entire line operation is programmed and controlled by PLC to ensure efficient and stable production.
