The Process in Rotational Molding
.Robot Unpacker: In the rotational molding process, packaged plastic raw materials need to be unpacked and fed into production. The robot unpacker can automatically complete the unpacking to release raw materials from packages for subsequent processes like pulverizing.
.Vacuum Feeding: Uses vacuum suction to transfer unpacked raw materials to the pulverizer, and convey pulverized powder to the temporary storage silo. It avoids manual handling, prevents material contamination or spillage during transfer, and ensures continuous, stable material flow.
.Pulverizer: Crushes raw materials into powder suitable for rotational molding. Rotational molding requires specific powder particle sizes; the pulverizer processes raw materials into target sized powder, ensuring uniform distribution and smooth melting in molds.
.Temporary Storage Silo: Temporarily stores pulverized powder as a buffer. If the metering/weighing system or other subsequent processes have short -term issues, it keeps the pulverizer running without immediate shutdown, maintaining continuous pulverizing.
.Metering and Weighing System: Accurately weighs powder according to rotational molding formulation requirements. Precise material input ensures consistent quality of each batch of rotational molded products. damage risks during transit.
.Palletizer: Palletizes weighed powder products for easy storage and transportation. Neatly palletized products simplify inventory management and reduce
.Powder for Sale: After all processes, the powder becomes the final rotational molding raw material product, ready for sale to customers manufacturing rotational molded items.
