Sorting and feeding line

This trommel machine is specially used for the waste plastic recycling, city garbage recycling system, and plastic bottle recycling system. It can remove the sand, rocks, metal and other non-required material which is smaller than the mesh on the machine. The equipment is a large cylindrical mesh screening device installed obliquely, which drives PET bottles to slowly transport along the axial direction through low-speed rotation. It is equipped with a spiral flip structure inside, which continuously flips the material during rotation, guiding the PET bottle to move in an orderly manner towards the outlet end. As the drum screen rotates, small pollutants smaller than the mesh size (such as broken glass, sand, etc.) fall and separate through the mesh, while PET bottles are trapped on the screen surface due to their large volume, achieving synchronous treatment of impurity removal and material purification. The sieve aperture is precisely designed to ensure efficient screening while ensuring the complete retention of the target material. In plastic recycling and washing production lines, the plastic trommel sorting platform (also known as a shaftless trommel screen) enhances recycling efficiency and quality through multiple physical screening mechanisms.
