Product Overview
The MTX-StarEnergy-E is an industrial modem designed for the electric metering market. It provides protocol encapsulation and gateway functions to read IEC 60870-5-102 meters via IP ↔ RS232/RS485, and supports prioritized connectivity over 2G/3G/4G-LTE and CSD call fallback. The device also monitors meter presence and issues alarms on non-detection.
