Description

Product overview
The fixtured screwdriver SEV enables process-reliable screwdriving at recessed and hard-to-reach locations. Closed construction and wear-resistant surfaces extend service life and maintenance intervals even during dry running without oil. Available with pneumatic drive or EC motor; suitable for automatic feeding and for shank-heavy screws.

Key features
  • Screwdriving spindle with vacuum technology for access to recessed and deep screw locations
  • Compatible with automatic feeding systems (feeding during screwdriving / swivel arm principle)
  • Automatic feeding for screws and pins
  • Suitable for interference contours up to 150 mm
  • Modular design for flexible configuration
  • Pneumatic or electric (EC) drive options
  • Designed for shank-heavy screws and technical cleanliness (particulate reduction)
  • Vacuum bit and vacuum module for screw fixation during feeding
  • Swivel arm option for short cycle times

Customer-provided drives
The open system design of the SEV allows integration of customer-provided drives and controllers, facilitating installation into existing assembly lines. Subsequent conversion to WEBER components is possible.
