OverviewThe SEV-P is a pick & place fixtured screwdriver for lightweight robots (LBR). It does not include automatic screw feeding; optional vacuum reliably guides fasteners to the screw location. Its extremely compact design allows weights from 1.5 kg. The tool features an ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 flange for adaptation to a wide range of lightweight robots and is suitable for battery assembly/disassembly and other pick & place fastening tasks.
Tool changer & applicationAn expandable automatic tool change system with RFID tool identification (read & write) enables integration and swapping of multiple tools and supports fully automated assembly of different fasteners and screwdriving programs. The SEV-P can be fitted with optional vacuum for reliable fastener transport and with an optional head stroke slide providing pneumatic stroke and active depth measurement.
