Description

Overview Model SEV-E is a stationary vacuum screwdriving system designed to provide reliable access to extremely recessed and hard-to-reach screw locations. It is fitted with electronically controlled EC motors with integrated dynamic transducers; customer-supplied drives can be installed on request. The modular construction ensures easy maintenance and integration into automated assembly lines. Application / Functionality SEV-E is intended for screw assemblies with interfering contours from 150 mm. The system features an open slide design with pneumatic or electric bit stroke and supports automatic screw feeding. It is suitable for handling shank-heavy screws using the swivel-arm principle and for cycle-optimized production environments. Key features Vacuum screwdriving spindle for extremely recessed and hard-to-reach screw locations Modular design enabling quick conversion to other drives Compatible with automatic feeding of screws and pins Cable routing in an energy chain to prevent cable damage Wear-resistant surfaces for long service life; supports low-oil or dry operation Designed for special applications requiring very long bit strokes and extra-long vacuum bits Available in three series (03, 10, 30) and in right/left or straight configurations Can be combined with SEK or SEM screwdriving assemblies Vacuum module fixes the fastener at the bit during head stroke Additional information Variability is achieved through different spindle models and options. Fasteners are fed automatically and cables are guided in the energy chain to avoid breaks. The modular, service-friendly construction simplifies maintenance and spare-part replacement.
