Product overviewThe SF-0.2/120 low-frequency geophone features a compact design and is available in single-axis, dual-axis or tri-axis configurations for flexible deployment. It requires an external power supply and offers low power consumption suitable for remote installations.
Connectivity and applications- Compatible with third-party digital acquisition systems and recorders when connected to an AD conversion module or input channel.
- Common applications: ambient noise measurements (e.g. Nakamura method), microseismic and seismic monitoring.
- Also suitable for artificial vibration monitoring (explosions, mechanical processing, etc.).
- Low power consumption makes it appropriate for remote or temporary networks such as volcano monitoring, dam monitoring or aftershock research.
