Description

We supply high-precision steel sections for demanding applications in the automotive industry. Our solutions combine low weight, high strength and excellent durability, making them ideal for structural and safety-critical vehicle components. Using state-of-the-art roll forming technology with up to 60 forming stages, we achieve extremely tight tolerances and high dimensional accuracy – ideal for automated joining and assembly techniques. The material-friendly forming process also enables efficient radius forming and component optimisation. A broad portfolio of steel grades, including high-strength and customised materials, allows for targeted weight savings whilst maintaining stability. Prototypes and series solutions are implemented quickly and reliably through in-house development and toolmaking. Our profiles are used in crash elements, seat and structural components, sills and connecting elements, as well as battery frames and guide rails for modern vehicle concepts.
