We develop high-precision steel profiles for modular and system construction, enabling the creation of efficient, functional and design-oriented 3D volumetric modules. Our roll-forming technology produces complex frame profiles with high rigidity and extremely tight tolerances. High-strength steel grades and wall thicknesses of up to 8 mm ensure high stability whilst optimising material usage and improving space utilisation. This results in stable yet cost-effective modular structures. Complex profile geometries combine multiple functions in a single component and simplify assembly. Extensive further processing such as laser cutting, bending or robotic welding enables ready-to-assemble plug-and-play components for rapid further processing.
