We supply customised steel and stainless steel profiles for rail vehicle construction, designed to meet the highest standards of precision, safety and load-bearing capacity. Our products are manufactured from high-quality steel (coil widths up to 1000 mm) with a fully controlled and traceable testing schedule. Thanks to modern roll forming technology, even the tightest tolerances are reliably maintained and reproduced, even for extra-long profiles. Our production is certified to ISO 9001 and to DIN EN 15085 for rail vehicle construction. Together with our customers, we develop tailor-made solutions, including simulation-based design. Profiles up to 27 m long, including perforated or bent profiles, as well as thick material cross-sections, are manufactured with high dimensional accuracy. The tightest straightness and twist tolerances ensure optimum weldability and workability. Fully machined components and assemblies enable efficient assembly processes, including integrated joining solutions to reduce the number of weld seams.
