Description

The TomoScope® XS Plus enables the measurement of larger workpieces and small objects with high resolution or reduced measurement time. Complete workpiece volumes with almost any adjustable resolution in all coordinate axes (up to 60 billion voxels) are available as measurement results. Applications include 3D measurements of e.g. connectors, plastic housings and covers, 3D printed workpieces, packaging, PET bottles and preforms. • The transmission tube – for the first time in monoblock design – achieves a small focal spot even at high tube power, allowing fast measurements with high resolution • The X-ray source combines the benefits of closed and open microfocus X-ray tubes • Downtime and operating costs are minimised • As with conventional coordinate measuring machines, the maintenance cycle for the entire machine is only one year • OnTheFly Tomography scan and real-time reconstruction enable fast measurements • Standard-compliant calibration according to VDI 2617 for reliable and traceable measurement results, optionally with DAkkS certificate Max. Workpiece dimensions D = 289 mm / L = 456 mm (depending on the aspect ratio of the workpieces) Accuracy Permissible length measurement error up to 4.5 µm • Furniture fittings • Blister • Turned parts • Bottles • Optical fiber connectors • Rubber profiles • Inhalers • Insulin pens • Coffee capsules • Hypodermic needles • Bone cutter • Bone screws
