Overview
The R19IHAT-66EX-T is a 19-inch 1000 nits ATEX panel PC engineered for safe operation in hazardous locations and extreme temperatures. It integrates Intel® 11th Gen Tiger Lake processors (standard Core™ i5-1135G7), a fanless thermal design and an intelligent heater to maintain operation down to -40°C. The unit is suitable for remote data acquisition, process visualization and control in explosion-prone and harsh industrial environments.

Design Highlights
The product provides sealed protection with EX-type brass cable glands (M16, M12) for wet and dusty conditions, an aluminum enclosure and MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration tolerance. The front panel meets IP66 for non-hazardous installations and IP54 for hazardous installations. Projected capacitive (PCAP) multi-touch bonding ensures reliable touch operation in industrial use.

Standard panel-mount installation (VESA optional). Power input 9–36V DC via 3-pin terminal block. I/O glands: 2 x M16 and 3 x M12 EX-type brass cable glands. Accessories available for non-Ex use include AC/DC adapter, power cord, open-wired cables for M12/M16 glands and mounting hardware.
