Wisman's EIB series is a comprehensive multi-output high-voltage power supply dedicated to focusing ion beams. Typical applications include transmission and scanning electron microscopes; semiconductor analysis, milling and repair of optical drive heads, ions; beam etching and focused ion beam lithography.
