portable, vacuum, sniffing, wireless, ultra-sensitive, with integrated display
Applications
for industry, for small leaks
Description
Overview
The XP-1A Handheld SF6 Gas Leak Detector is a portable, battery-powered instrument for rapid, sensitive detection of SF6 leaks near SF6-insulated GIS, switchgear and other electrical equipment.
Main features
Microprocessor control with advanced digital signal processing (DSP).
Three-color visual display for clear indication of detection level and status.
Seven-level sensitivity adjustment with up to 64× enhancement.
Touch keyboard for intuitive operation and on-the-fly sensitivity tuning.
Automatic battery test and battery voltage indication.
Detects R134a, R12, R22 and other halogen refrigerants (including SF6 detection capability).
Vacuum mechanical pump sampling to provide positive draft for the probe.
Gradient (trend) function to track leak evolution and aid localization.
Wireless, portable design powered by two alkaline batteries (DC 3V).
35 cm flexible stainless steel probe rod (total probe length 35.5 cm) for access in confined areas.
Applications
Localization of SF6 leaks on GIS, circuit breakers, switchgear and other SF6-insulated electrical equipment.
Field service, maintenance inspections and leak verification during commissioning.
Specifications
