Description

The UHV-615 SF6 density relay tester is an intelligent calibration instrument for SF6 density relays. Core components are imported to ensure high integration, measurement precision, repeatability and field reliability.

Overview / Intended use
  • Intended use: calibration and on-site testing of SF6 density relays and associated SF6 gas equipment.
  • Design: compact integrated case, portable and easy to carry; key parts use imported components to ensure measurement accuracy.

Features
  • Strong anti-interference capability: electric-field induction immunity up to 2 mA (50/60 Hz), enabling reliable on-site measurements in high-voltage substations.
  • High short-circuit current: typical short-circuit current 10 mA, suitable for testing large-capacity and high-inductance components.
  • Wide resistance measurement range with high resolution for precise readings.
  • Selectable high-voltage output levels with smooth adjustment from 0 V up to the selected voltage (0.1–5 kV).
  • Acousto-optic reminders and timing functions to assist absorption ratio and polarization index recording.
  • Durable, wear-resistant external materials and a robust integrated housing for field use.

Technical specifications (selected)
  • Output voltage levels (selectable): 0.1 kV, 0.25 kV, 0.5 kV, 1 kV, 2.5 kV, 5 kV.
  • Test voltage accuracy: ±(5% + 10 V).
  • Short-circuit current: typical 10 mA.

Range and accuracy (resistance measurement)
  • 20 MΩ (range 0.01 – 19.99 MΩ) — accuracy ±(5% + 3 d).
  • 200 MΩ (range 5.0 – 199.9 MΩ) — accuracy ±(5% + 3 d).
  • 2000 MΩ (range 50 – 1999 MΩ) — accuracy ±(5% + 3 d).
  • 20 GΩ (range 0.5 – 19.99 GΩ) — accuracy ±(5% + 3 d).
  • 200 GΩ (range 5.0 – 199.9 GΩ) — accuracy ±(10% + 3 d).
  • 2000 GΩ (range 50 – 1999 GΩ) — accuracy ±(20% + 10 d).

Basic parameters
  • Anti electric-field interference ability: 2 mA (50/60 Hz).
  • Timing and alarm: stopwatch up to 19 min 59 s (20 min cycle); audible reminders at preset sampling points; resistance reading hold and continuous alarm if reading invalid or below range.
  • Display: three 3½-digit LCD meter heads showing test voltage, resistance and time.
  • Power supply: built-in rechargeable lithium battery DC 15 V; AC adapter port for charging (50/60 Hz).
  • Operating environment: temperature -20 °C to +40 °C; relative humidity 20%–90%.
  • Dimensions (L × W × H): 315 × 240 × 180 mm.
  • Weight: 5.5 kg.
