Description
Overview
The UHV-901 is an integrated field and laboratory calibration tester for current transformers (CT) and potential/voltage transformers (PT/VT). It performs high-accuracy ratio and phase measurements with a built-in 0.02-class reference standard and an 800×600 LCD touchscreen (WINCE) for guided operation, on-site data storage and USB export.
Key features
Integrated solution: Small-signal measurement technology enables complete CT/PT error testing without external standard transformers, boosters or load boxes; includes a built-in 0.02-class reference (equivalent to 0.05S-class).
Advanced testing capabilities: Wide measurement range (1%–200%, including S-class CTs); ratio and phase error measurement at arbitrary load points; automatic polarity and ratio detection for known and unknown transformers; VT testing per national standards (20%–120%).
Smart operation: 800×600 LCD touchscreen with wiring guidance, auto-wiring detection and error alerts, local data storage and USB export; shock-resistant casing; portable weight <6 kg and compact dimensions (472×355×168 mm).
Efficient workflow: Near-power-frequency testing to reduce interference, instant pass/fail results and one-click national-standard report generation.
Applications
Field calibration of metering and metering devices
Verification of standard and non-standard CTs and PTs
Identification and parameterization of unknown transformers
