Description

Product Overview
The electric tightening module replaces traditional integrated pneumatic tightening tools by using an electric/servo drive to automate screw tightening. It provides real-time monitoring of all key process parameters and adapts to different workpiece heights and special assembly conditions.

Product Advantages
  • Whole-process monitoring: PLC-based information exchange enables interactive control and real-time monitoring of speed, displacement, torque, pressure and time.
  • Abnormal tightening detection: When combined with an intelligent screwdriver, the system detects floating screws, stripped threads and missing screws to prevent defective outputs.
  • Precise downforce control: Accurate control of axial force with no impact during tightening to protect threads; adjustable avoidance height allows the screw pickup tube to stop at any position within the travel range.
  • Improved tightening efficiency: Servo electric drive increases screw feeding speed by approximately 20% compared with traditional modules.
  • Energy saving: Reduced pneumatic components lower air consumption by about 24%; the vacuum module only requires vacuum air and brake air supplied by the customer.

Product Structure
