Description

Overview
The YB Series precision pressure gauges from YUNYI are mechanical reference instruments intended for calibration and high-accuracy online pressure measurement. Designed as metrological standards, they comply with GB-1227 and verification regulation JJG-49. The range combines Bourdon tube sensing, clear analog indication and multiple dial sizes to cover laboratory and workshop calibration tasks as well as process measurement in industrial environments.

Accuracy Grades
  • 0.4% FS
  • 0.25% FS
  • 0.16% FS
  • 0.1% FS

Model Series & Options
The YB Series is available with 150 mm and 160 mm dial diameters and a set of configuration options for field use and panel or bench mounting.

YB-150 Series (150 mm dial)
  • YB-150 – Standard model
  • YB-150A – With zero adjustment
  • YB-150B – With anti-glare mirror scale
  • YB-150C – With zero adjustment and mirror scale

YB-160 Series (160 mm dial)
  • YB-160 – Standard model
  • YB-160A – With zero adjustment
  • YB-160B – With anti-glare mirror scale
  • YB-160C – With zero adjustment and mirror scale

Special models
  • YBT-254 – Bench-mounted precision gauge, 250 mm dial
  • BXY-250 – Precision sphygmomanometer, 0–40 kPa, 250 mm dial
  • YB-150D – 0.16% grade, 150 mm dial

Key Features
  • High accuracy across selectable grades (0.4% to 0.1% FS)
  • Measurement coverage from vacuum (-0.1 MPa) up to 250 MPa
  • Bourdon tube (spring-tube) mechanical sensing for stable, repeatable indication
  • Choice of spring-tube materials: tin-phosphor bronze (lower ranges) and chrome-vanadium steel (higher ranges)
  • Mechanical operation — no external power required
  • Optional zero adjustment and anti-glare mirror scale for on-site calibration and clear reading
  • Available in panel, bench and field configurations

Measurement Ranges
  • Vacuum: -0.1 ~ 0 MPa
  • Positive pressure (tin-phosphor bronze): 0 ~ 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4, 6 MPa
  • Positive pressure (chrome-vanadium steel): 0 ~ 6 (B type), 10, 16, 25, 40, 60 MPa
  • Compound ranges: -0.1 ~ 0 ~ 250 MPa

Typical Applications
  • Calibration of industrial pressure gauges in workshops and calibration laboratories
  • Online high-accuracy process measurement and monitoring
  • Metrological verification, transfer of pressure values and inspection
  • Petroleum, chemical and petrochemical plants
  • Scientific research and test laboratories
  • Quality control and inspection departments
