Product overview
The XINJE TS5 series IoT human-machine interface delivers core IoT capabilities to support centralized monitoring, remote maintenance and multi-system information exchange on modern industrial sites. It enables remote troubleshooting, multi-terminal visualization and flexible protocol connectivity to address diverse production requirements.

  • High performance: ARM Cortex-A7 processor (1.2GHz / 1.0GHz options) with 256 MB onboard memory and large-capacity storage.
  • No gateway required: optional WiFi or 4G for wireless networking; optional XINJE IoT network card is plug-and-play (no authentication activation required); supports online renewal/recharge/invoicing.
  • Seamless XINJE Cloud integration: centralized device monitoring, data storage and alarm push; usable as a data source in X-Data for BI analysis and on-site visualization screens.
  • Fast IT/OT data transmission: supports mainstream protocols such as MQTT, TCP/IP and OPC UA.
  • CODESYS label communication support: API via XINJE Cloud Intelligent Manufacturing enables rapid third-party system integration to facilitate IT/OT convergence.
