Description

The AQ2200-642 is a one of a kind product which was developed to lessen the complexity and the cost of 10 G transceiver testing. This is done by integrating bus and power control specifications into the same main frame that performs Signal Generation, BERT and Optical testing. This would permit a single programming interface that will control all aspects of the transceiver test, simplifying the test setup, decreasing the test time and increasing its productivity. The wiring complexity and test bench size are simplified by replacing separate Digital Multi-Meters, Programmable Power supplies and Serial I/F controllers with a single module.
